These chewy cookies are absolutely packed with all sorts of goodies, and though some may call them breakfast cookies, they are really anytime cookies, whether on-the-go or to savour with tea. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Looking for an excuse to have dessert for breakfast? Here’s a cookie recipe that will make a decadent indulgence guilt-free thanks to some protein powder and natural nut butter forming the bulk of the batter. I threw in some oats for healthy fibre and because I love the chewiness of them in my cookies. But, of course, you can easily reduce this or replace with coconut or almond flour if you want to go the extra low-carb mile.
