No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

These are mean, clean, delicious snack balls that consist of a handful of ingredients, and best,  NO BAKE WAIT. Just mix + roll + eat. Perfect for kids to make with you, and everyone to enjoy!

No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

  • Servings: 24

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup all natural nut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup quick oats IMG_1766
  • 1/2 cup agave or honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • salt to taste

Optional add-ins

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/8 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/8 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Let’s Go

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, using a fork.
  2. Place bowl in fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough into bite size balls, adding extra coconut to coat as desired.
  4. Keep in air-tight container in refrigerator or freezer.
