Avocado Yogurt Smoothie for Healthy Skin and Hair

Avocado Yogurt Smoothie

  • Servings: 2 servings

  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • handful of ice cubes (or 1/2 cup water)
  • honey to taste

Let’s go:

Blend everything together, adding more water as necessary to adjust the consistency.
