Teriyaki Salmon Steaks

Sweet and savoury Japanese-style teriyaki sauce is used to glaze these juicy cuts of wild salmon until skin is crisp and flesh is tender. This one is a keeper.

Teriyaki Salmon Steaks

  • 2 wild salmon steaks
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Let’s cook:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F.
  2. Rinse salmon and thoroughly pat dry with paper towel.
  3. Place salmon on baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Brush on sauce.
  4. Bake 5-6 minutes. Flesh should flake with a fork when done.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds.
